Healing Headquarters session for ages 13 to adults: meditation, coloring, tapping for anxiety, and journaling. It is a program designed to introduce yoga and meditation that promotes physical and mental well-being. 

    •    Meditation:  Learn how to practice mind-full movement and mind-full thoughts in the modern world. Interactive exercises and practical knowledge. 

    •    Coloring: Coloring can be a relaxing and meditative activity that helps  the release of anxiety and stress as well as let’s them be creativity.

      •     Tapping: Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a form of alternative therapy that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a particular negative emotion or physical sensation. It is believed to help balance the body's energy system and reduce the intensity of negative emotions. Tapping is often used to help manage anxiety in children and adults

    •    Journaling: is encouraged with writing or drawing about their experiences at the workshop and their thoughts and feelings. Journaling can be a great way for children to express themselves and reflect on their experiences.


The goal of this workshop would be to provide a fun and enriching experience that helps teach mind-full techniques to use in everyday life. Learn how to be a better you! Let’s change the world.
